My partner and I toured a house where Heidi Herda was the showing realtor.

This was the first house tour we had done and she was so helpful in pointing things out to us about the house that were concerning and/or potential opportunities. We decided we didn't want to work with anyone else after we sat down to coffee with her and discussed the home buying process. She maintained communication and used plain language that we could understand inspite of being a first time homebuyers. We were looking to find a home in a short timeline and we managed to get several tours in weekly and managed to find our perfect first home with her help. "Heidi came highly recommended from a Facebook page that I follow and trust. We could tell from day one that Heidi was confident in selling our older starter home. She marketed our home beautifully with photos and descriptions. We had 20 showings in two days with five offers. Honestly, it was one of the easiest things we’ve ever done because of Heidi. She was there every step of the way, answered our questions and even suggested we rent her condo in Fort Myers while we look for a home in Naples. How perfect!"

"We sold our home in Champlin in June and moved out of town. Heidi helped us every step of the way. Communication was always great, she gave us great ideas on what to fix, and just as importantly, what to not spend money on. At the buyer’s inspection, they found issues with our roof, and it needed to be replaced. Heidi knew who to call to get the roof replaced quickly and for a reasonable cost. Heidi is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We had lived in our home for 29 years, so this move was a huge change for us. "My husband & I worked with Heidi to sell a home and purchase a new home. The first time we met with her, it felt like we were getting together with a friend...she was very professional, yet so friendly and genuine. Heidi was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and explained all the steps along the way. We never hesitated to call or text her if we had questions, because she encouraged us to do so and always answered right away. Her knowledge of the industry made us trust her completely and put our minds at ease. She always went above and beyond to be available and prepared for us (I felt like we were her only client!) For example, one evening we went to look at a potential house and went right from there to take a second look at a house that we liked. She had the foresight to bring paperwork for both houses just in case we wanted to put in an offer on either and we were able to do so right after the showing. I cannot imagine going through the process with any other realtor. She’s amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone!"
