In addition to residential real estate, Heidi is an active short-term rental investor, giving her clients valuable insight into investment properties and income potential. She is also completing her Florida real estate license, allowing her to better serve clients relocating from Minnesota to Florida and make long-distance moves smoother and more informed.

Heidi has built a large, trusted network of relocation agents across the country and throughout the U.S., making it possible to assist clients moving out of Minnesota no matter where life takes them. Real estate runs in the family. Heidi’s daughter, London, is also a licensed Realtor, adding another layer of support and teamwork for clients.
